“I recently had the opportunity to travel to Tallahassee with a group from the Manatee Chamber of Commerce as part of our Legislative Committee. Each year, we meet with state leaders to share the voice of our local business community and bring forward the real challenges small businesses face.

It’s always a meaningful experience, and one I take to heart—not just as a committee member, but as someone who works every day with the business owners and brokers affected by these policies.

Whether it’s payroll, compliance, workers’ comp, or employee benefits, the work we all do matters. I just wanted to share a small reminder that behind the scenes, we are doing our part to support the business community you’re working in and advocating for the people we serve together.”
